This excludes pre-order items. We use standard road transport services to keep delivery costs low. If your order includes large or heavy items, ensure you have enough able-bodied people at home to assist with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg. For instance, a 50kg box requires 2 able-bodied people for unloading. Carton weights are available in the product specifications.
