Signing Up

How can I join the rewards program? Joining is a breeze! Just create an account at our website by providing your name, email, and password. It’s free to join, and you’ll automatically be enrolled to receive emails with exclusive access to sales, promotions, and our latest products. If you already have an account or email subscription with us, you’re already part of our rewards program. So, just sign in and start earning points!

What benefits do I get as a rewards member? Our rewards program is tiered, allowing members to earn more perks the more they interact with us. Members earn reward points for each purchase, which can be redeemed towards future purchases.

You can also earn points by following us on social media and leaving product reviews. Besides earning points, members can earn a coupon code on their birthday! Check out our rewards page for a full list of perks.

 

Account

I have an existing account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards? No need to worry! All customers with an active account have been automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you’ve had multiple customer accounts with us, please note that we’ve created only one rewards account per person.

Where can I find my rewards account information? Our rewards page is your guide to all your points and perks. You can access all your information by visiting our rewards page.

Will I earn points for purchases made before creating my rewards account? Points are only awarded for purchases made after creating your rewards account. So, make sure to create an account before placing an order to start earning points!

Is there a cost to start earning points? Not at all! Signing up is completely free, and it won’t cost you anything to earn points. Visit our rewards page to get started.

 

Earning & Redeeming

How can I redeem my points? Redeeming your points for fantastic rewards is simple! Just visit the rewards page, view our exciting reward options, and click the ‘Redeem’ button to claim your chosen reward.

How are points converted to dollars? For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point. So, if you spend $200, you’ll accumulate 200 points.

What are some easy ways to earn points? Firstly, every member receives a reward just for joining our rewards program. Besides earning points through purchases, you can also earn points by leaving us a review or following us on Facebook and other social media platforms. Visit the rewards page to discover all the ways to earn points.

Can I use my points/rewards in-store? Currently, you cannot earn or apply rewards points towards in-store purchases. However, we’re working on integrating our stores with our online site in the future.

 

Program Limitations

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn? Absolutely not! That’s one of the best parts of being a rewards member! You always have the opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

 

Returns

Can I return my order if I used rewards points for a discount? Yes. If you’re returning the entire order, we’ll refund the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be returned to your rewards account.

What happens to my reward if I earned points with my last purchase but now want to return it? If you used your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For instance, if you used a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be returned to your rewards account.

 

Reward Expiration

Do points ever expire? Points will expire after 3 years of inactivity.

 

Troubleshooting

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?Ensure you were logged into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You need to be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you made a mistake, contact us at [email protected] to help apply your points to your account. Please note, you won’t receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Any points earned on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive, but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit? Absolutely! We understand you work hard to earn points, and we want to ensure all your points are correctly accounted for. Please note, there may be a delay in our systems communicating, and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. If you believe you’ve earned points but they’re not showing up in your account, try the following:

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Log out and then back into your account.
  3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it.

If you still believe your points balance is not accurate, contact our support team at [email protected], and they will investigate the issue for you.

I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong? We apologize for the inconvenience. There could be a couple of scenarios that triggered the error message.

One possibility is that there was a typo in one of the email addresses you entered, or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails.

To avoid confusion, we recommend entering each email address one at a time and clicking ‘send’ after each one.

If you’re still having problems with email referrals, consider using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger. Please contact our support team at [email protected] if you need further assistance.

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do? Thank you for sharing us with your friends! We truly appreciate it.

Referred friends must be first-time customers for both of you to receive the referral rewards. Additionally, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.

You will receive an email notifying you when one of your referrals made a purchase using your code, and a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points you have received for referrals.

 

Birthday Reward

How can I receive a birthday reward? To receive a birthday reward, add your birthday under the ‘ways to earn points’ section on the rewards page. On your birthday, we’ll send you a special discount code via email, valid for 30 days from your birthday. Please note, your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we suspect any manipulation of the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.

I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but didn’t receive it. Why? Happy Birthday! We’re delighted that you’ve chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. To receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.

If your birthday falls within the 30-day waiting period after registration, you’ll receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year of your sign-up.

For all subsequent years, birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account anytime after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until your birthday in the following year.

 

Checkout

How can I redeem my rewards at checkout? To redeem your points at checkout, use the dropdown selector located below your items and select the reward you’d like to redeem.
