We are confident that you’ll be thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality and value of our products. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied or if you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can opt to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price, excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us). Please note, delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund, along with the return delivery cost if this has been arranged by us. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.

To facilitate returns, we ask that you book with us in advance so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number for tracking purposes. To book a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by sending an email to [email protected] with photos of your product in its original packaging, and we’ll get back to you with further details.

Please note, items requiring assembly need to be disassembled and placed back into their original packaging to be eligible for a return under this guarantee. If you wish to check a color or feature of your product, please do so in a way that doesn’t require assembly. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receiving your item back.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns of mattresses, mattress toppers, and bed sheets if they are returned in unopened and sealed packaging.
